Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for individual Booking:
For any individual booking: Cancellation Notice must be given at-least 24 hours prior to Cancellation no charge will be applied.
If Cancellation made after the period of notice OR No-show on the Date of Stay at Hotel, then one Night Hotel Charge will be applied.
Cancellation Policy for Group Booking:
For any Group Booking (Minimum 5 Rooms), Cancellation Notice must be given at least 72 hours prior to Arrival/Check-in date.
If client wants to cancel any room or Reduce rooms or Change Date of Reservation before 48 hours of arrival time then normally 50% of the first night charge will be applied. But Reduce rooms or Change Date of Reservation can be negotiated and re-defined as per mutual consent of client and Hotel Authorities.
If Group Cancellation made after the period of notice OR No-show on the Date of Stay at Hotel then one Night Hotel Charge will be applied.
Re-Issue date is applicable subjected to availability of rooms.
